This guy (Mohamed Al-Jewaihel) created a lot of controversy by offering to pay people 500KD (and more) just to run for parliament.
A lot of people hate him, and a lot of people think he is a hero and believe in the "issues" that he is raising.

الجويهل انسان منحط وخريج سجون ونصاب وسارق وزوجته طارده ابوه من البيت وهو يتفرج على ابوه ينطرد
وانا اسف اني قلت انسان ماهو انسان يسمحولي الحيوانات اني اشبه الجويهل فيهم اذا اقبلو الحيوانات
